MEASURING & MANAGING RISK IN PROJECTS

The course will provide a solid understanding for both Project Risk Measuring and Management and how to manage Risk - Efficiently and Effectively. We will observe the steps of Risk Management, i.e. Identify and Analyze risks, how to prioritize the risk and to monitor the Project Risk. The course will set out clearly that Managers manage risks by regularly monitoring them, to ensure that they do not negatively impact the project. The participants will learn how to establish proper control by producing a Risk Management Plan. You will learn how to introduce the Risk Matrix Tool and Risk Simulation Tools.
